With over ten years of experience in the mental health field, Seth brings a breadth of perspective from working in a variety of settings, including community mental health, private practice, and specialized treatment programs. My clinical focus includes trauma treatment (with advanced training in EMDR therapy), grief and loss, substance use treatment, couples counseling, and more. I have a deep passion for seeing others step into their professional identity by focusing on what allows you to practice as genuinely and authentically as possible. These experiences allow me to support you in navigating complex client needs while also helping you develop a well-rounded clinical identity.
