Group EMDR Consultation

Cancellation Policy

Payment is to be made prior to participation in the group. Cancellation of your participation in group consultation may be done without charge if done within 24 hours of the group's start time. All cancellations done past this deadline will be charged a $25 late cancel fee. In the event of a late cancel, you will be refunded $25. If attendance is low your group consultation may be switched to one hour of individual consultation, the group may be shortened by 1 hour, or you may have the option to postpone your attendance to a later date. This will be determined on a case-by-case basis at White Stone Counseling Center's discretion. Your submission of payment serves as your agreement to abide by this policy.
