Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of your participation in group consultation may be done without charge if done within 24 hours of the group's start time. All late cancellations and no-shows will be charged a $25 late cancel fee for the first offense. Any subsequent violations of this policy will be charged the full amount for the group. If attendance is low your group consultation may be switched to one hour of individual consultation, the group may be shortened by 1 hour, or you may have the option to postpone your attendance to a later date. This will be determined on a case-by-case basis at White Stone Counseling Center's discretion.
