Who do you work with?

I work primarily with children (3-11) and adults (20+). I value working with children who are facing big transitions and emotional challenges. I enjoy working with adults facing relational challenges, coping with grief, and facing transitions. I heavily rely on person/child-centered techniques while incorporating various techniques that will promote the client's progress towards their therapeutic goals.

How can you help me?

I offer a safe space in which you will feel heard and understood. Together, we will establish goals and discern what is most important to you during our work together. As we journey together, we will build insight, strengthen coping skills, navigate challenges, and identify strengths. We will also take time to reflect on progress.

How will I know that I am making progress?

As we begin our work together, we will collaborate to identify your goals for therapy. Throughout our time together, we will periodically reassess these goals as a way to reflect on your progress. In this way, you will develop the tools and insight to recognize your growth as it unfolds. As the client, you are integral to shaping the focus of our time together.
